Australia's #1 sustainability film festival, will be held on September 17 to September 19 at the Mission Beach Resort. Registration for Festival of Permaculture and APC10, Kuranda, September 24-27, 2010We’re committed to making this the most affordable APC that we can. You will experience a full program that inspires; be fed the freshest, 'bestest' local tropical produce; and camp amongst the rainforest at a heavenly venue. A local coffee vendor will supply locally grown coffee and the Wet Topics bar will bring you local entertainment at night. Food, on-site shelter (tent if required) and party for the full 4-day program. OR is life more complicated?Daily registration starts at $80 per adult and $48 for catering. This is incredible value. Tickets to the Gala Dinner with Daryl Hannah and Zennit is only $45 per adult! Getting here…The APC10 will be hosted at the Steiner School, 46 Boyle Road, Kuranda. Take the Kennedy Hwy to Kuranda and turn right at the traffic lights into Myola Road. The Steiner School is a 40 minute drive from the Cairns Airport. Schedule your itinerary to be in Cairns on Friday 24th, morning to mid afternoon. We have workshops and talks scheduled from 1pm on Friday but the event will really kick off that evening with our Opening Ceremony. Schedule your return on Tuesday 28th. Monday's dinner will be followed by a traditional PDC Party so make sure you come along with your song and dance routine. We will arrange regular shuttle bus pick-ups between the Airport, Cairns CBD, Kuranda Village and the venue to bring people to and from the Convergence safely. You can tell us when you are arriving on your registration form.
